Andrzej Pośniak is a lawyer, tax advisor and the Managing Partner at CMS Poland. He is also Head of the Tax Practice in the Corporate/M&A Department at CMS, supervises the Tax Practice in CEE, and is a board member of the global CMS Tax Practice Group.
He specialises in tax and corporate law, focusing on the tax aspects of JV/consortium structures, W&I insurance transactions, tax and corporate planning for international transactions, restructuring multinational companies, as well as M&A transactions. He also advises on transfer pricing, value added tax, as well as corporate income tax matters.
