Change management expert. She supports institutions, initiatives and individuals in the change process through advice, consultations and coaching workshops. Advisor to local government institutions on urban transformation. Representative of the Rector of the University of Silesia for the Science Zone, co-creator of the assumptions and recommendations for the Green Science Zone.

For almost 25 years she worked in municipal and provincial governments, including: as an advisor to the Mayor of Tychy for Social Communication, Secretary of the City of Tychy, Secretary of the Silesian Voivodeship and as Vice-President of the City of Tychy. She was the first woman who, in 2017-2019, served as the President of the Silesian Park in Chorzów.

A graduate of the University of Silesia, the University of Economics in Krakow and SWPS in Warsaw.
