Director of the Labour Market Department in the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, member of the Supervisory Board of the Social Insurance Institution, participant and Board member of the Network of the European Public Employment Services of the European Union. In 2021 appointed by the Deputy Prime Minister as a member of the Scientific Council of the Central Institute for Labour Protection - National Research Institute.
