Ireneusz Dominik is a professor at the AGH University of Kraków specialising in Industry 4.0. He is also an employee of the ARTIQ-Center of Excellence in AI at the AGH University, where he is an expert in the field of automation and robotisation. In addition, he is the head of the "Industrial Control Systems" Research Team in the Industry 4.0 Research Group. He works closely with industry, performing a number of research and development works, also in the role of an auditor for digitisation and robotisation.
