Iwona Dybał is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics.
Since 1992, she has been associated with the steel industry. She started her work in Huta im. T. Sendzimir, then in Mostostal Kraków S.A. was the founder and partner of a steel trading company.
In the years 1996-2010, she was the President of the Management Board of Mostostal - Energomontaż S.A.
Since April 2012, he has been the President of the Management Board of the Polish Association of Steel Stockholders.
