Izabella Wiley has been with A+E Networks since 2013, and since 2017 she has been responsible for 17 markets in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2018 she was awarded the title of "Woman to Watch" in the "Programmer" category by the American organization Women in Cable Telecommunications. She is an ambassador of the Crime+Investigation international campaign END ABUSE AGAINST WOMEN, a member of the LiderShe Association and the initiator of the Women's Media Breakfast project. In the past, for 13 years she worked in the American branch of Viacom (now Paramount Global) and launched brands such as Comedy Central and Nickleodeon in the Polish market.
