Lawyer, practitioner of ownership supervision and law-making process as well as regulatory impact assessments. A graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Catholic University of Lublin, National School of Public Administration and Kozminski University.
He participated, among other things, in the restructuring of PLL LOT (compensation for notified state aid), was chairman of the audit committees of KUKE S.A. and AMICA S.A. He headed the ownership supervision of the largest Polish corporations. Restructuring advisor and co-author of Restructuring Law.
He worked in the Ministry of Finance (advisor to the Minister) and the Ministry of Economy (Director of Improvement of Economic Regulations Department) and the Supreme Audit Office (Deputy Director of Economy, State Treasury and Privatization Department).
In December 2023 he was appointed Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of State Assets.
