Position: President of Board

A graduate of the Maritime University of Szczecin and the University of Warsaw. Completed postgraduate studies and an Executive MBA conducted by the University of Illinois at Urbana Campaign and the University of Warsaw. Doctor of economics at the University of Szczecin.

He worked in the Polish Baltic Shipping Company as the second navigation officer. He was also the president of the Police Seaport. In 2008 - 2013, he was the president of board of the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority SA. In 2014-2015, he headed the management board of the Polish Baltic Shipping Company (Polferries). In recent years, he was the technical director of the West Pomeranian Waterworks.

At present the president of the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority (from March 2024).
