Joanna Erdman

President of the Board, Cashless Poland Foundation

President of the Board of the Cashless Poland Foundation. She co-created the principles of the Cashless Poland Program and has been a member of the Foundation's Council from the outset. In 2023, she was ranked among 50 most influential women in Poland.

An accomplished manager with over 20 years of banking experience, she co-created and developed mBank, which currently serves customers in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. For her contributions to banking, she has been awarded the M. Copernicus Medal and the Remigiusz Kaszubski Award. An enthusiast of digitization, technology, and modern payment solutions. She led numerous strategic projects and collaborated with key partners, including the implementation of financial innovations, modern payment methods, open banking, VAS, digital identity, behavioral biometrics, and cloud solutions. For her support in developing the payment ecosystem, she was awarded the title of "Fintech Personality".

Joanna Erdman is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź and has completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of 'Leadership in Innovation'. She also holds an MBA title from the Polish-American Management Center and the University of Maryland.
