Position: Vice President for new projects

Mr. Eacker is a Senior Executive for Westinghouse in the nuclear engineering and power industry.  He is currently the Executive Project Director for the new AP1000 Nuclear Power Plant development in Poland.  He also supports development programs for new nuclear reactors in the Ukraine, India, Bulgaria, Slovenia, the United Kingdom and Slovakia.  In his career, he has supported a variety of global clients in developing new facilities in the Nuclear, Oil, Gas, Chemical, Infrastructure, Environmental, Advanced Electronics, and Manufacturing Sectors of industry.  He has led teams that have delivered facilities valued at over $100 Billion in his career in locations around the world, including Bahrain, China, Iraq, Japan, Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. 

Mr. Eacker and his teams provide an integrated set of project management, engineering and procurement services for these clients including program management, portfolio management, engineering, project management, procurement, safety, quality, project controls, construction management, contract administration, data management, client capacity building, commissioning, training and general operations support.  He has personally supported several clients in leading mobilization and initiation efforts and developing governance structures.  Marquee projects include services for the 2022 FIFA World CupTM Qatar Stadia program, nuclear power plant development in four different countries, LNG import and export, oil and gas field development in the United States and GCC Countries, Pipeline Safety Enhancement, and large natural gas pipelines.

Mr. Eacker is a registered Professional Engineer, a certified Program Management Professional, and a certified Project Management Professional.  He has over 40 years of programs, projects, business, operations and engineering experience in the Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Infrastructure and Environmental industries.  In his career he has worked on long-term assignments in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Poland, and the United Kingdom.  He started his career as a U.S. Naval Officer operating nuclear reactors onboard USS Enterprise (CVN-65).  He has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Masters of Project Management from Colorado State University.
