Graduate of the University of Economics and the Poznań School of Banking. He completed post-graduate studies in the field of Controlling. Associated with the waste industry for 7 years. In his first years at PreZero, he was in charge of operational and financial controlling, building production reporting systems and optimising process efficiency. Subsequently, he served as a Board Member of two companies: PreZero Recycling Zachód and PreZero Dolny Śląsk and CTO of PreZero in Poland, being co-responsible for creating the group's strategy in the area of Municipal Installations as well as Waste to Resources. In 2023 he took over the position of CEO of PreZero in Poland and creates the development strategy of the PreZero Group in Poland.
