Luís Paulo Mascarenhas - professor PhD at the state university of the midwest Paraná (Unicentro), in the doctoral program in community development. Several international publications, like Nature and Lancet.
Currently general coordinator of the economic and social development superintendence of the state of Paraná, he participates in the Paraná strategy with an eye on the SDGs. Represented the state of Paraná at the OECD on the territorialization of the SDGs.
