President of BCC, expert in infrastructure, construction law, public tenders. Chairman of the Social Dialogue Council, minister of infrastructure in the BCC Shadow Cabinet.

PhD, attorney at Law, with more than 20 years of practice, focusing on real estate transactions, corporate law, administration law, public tenders, and M&A. Arbitrator in the Arbitration Court by The National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. As the President he represents BCC in the Social Dialogue Council, Entrepreneur’s Council, as well as in relations with the government and the President of Poland. He supervises the analysis of legal acts, negotiations with the trade unions and the dialogue with the ministries. He represents BCC in parliamentary commissions.
