Lukasz Olbromski is an Associate Director at Arup in Poland, where he leads the Property Business.
Lukasz has over 20 years of experience, which encompasses planning and leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams across a number of sectors including commercial property, data centres, education and healthcare facilities, residential buildings as well as refurbishments of heritage buildings. Prior to his role at Arup in Poland, Lukasz led the mechanical team in Arup’s Leeds office.
In all his projects Lukasz focuses on decarbonisation, sustainable solutions and helping clients achieve their goals. His current interests lay in nature-driven design, digitalisation and automation of design process.
Lukasz completed international education including master’s degrees in environmental science at Aalborg University in Denmark, De Montfort University in the United Kingdom and Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven in Germany. His primary degree is in Buildings Services from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
His personal interests include triathlons and reading.
