Magdalena has been supporting entrepreneurs and public institutions in the area of European funds for more than 15 years, and for the last few years she has been involved in financing and development of startups. In Startup Hub Poland she coordinates the organization of competitions for startups (entrepreneurs and scientists), as well as works as a mentor in acceleration programs.

She recently headed the Innovator of Mazovia competition, and is currently supporting SHP in organizing the Startup Booster Poland - Smart UP competition.

For more than 10 years Magdalena was engaged in analysing the profitability of EU-funded investments from a financial and social point of view and valued the socio-environmental effects of investments, including, in particular, transport investments.

Privately, in pursuit of two sons, she tries to implement the principle of work-life balance and still believe that another trip to Asia will extend for several years. In her spare time, Magdalena tries the patience of crossfit trainers.
