Maximilian Mendel

Maximilian is a manager and real estate professional with over 18 years of experience in investor relations, transactions, asset management, property development, leasing and operations, advisory and research. He was Managing Director of ZEITGEIST Asset Management, managing the Polish branch and all related SPVs. Prior to this, he was Senior Director and Head of Living Investment at JLL and beforehand one of the partners of REAS | Residential Advisors. Within the real estate realm, his focus has always been the Living Sector in Poland and across CEE. Maximilian holds a master's degree in urban planning from TU Dortmund, Germany, and a PhD from the Institute of Geography and Spatial Organization of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and member and co-chair of the Urban Living Product Council in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Poland.
