Michał Kozak has been involved in the hotel industry since the beginning of his professional career. Starting as a receptionist and progressing through various professional levels in the industry. In the MICE sector for 22 years.
Currently he is responsible for managing an developing one of the best and most prestigious Polish hotels - Hotel Arłamów. It is an extremely versatile facility located in the mountains - comprising leisure, conference and sports character with infrastructure unique on a European scale.
Previously, he was the General Manager of the MCC Mazurkas Conference Centre & Hotel****.
MICE POLAND Personality of the Year 2012 in the "hotel manager" category. In 2020 the winner of the MP Power Awards in the "Innovator" category.
Lecturer at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw in the "Event Management" programme.
In his free time, he is a passionate football enthusiast involved in its social development - as the Vice-President of the Znicz Pruszków Sports Club, he co-created one of the largest Football Academies in Poland.
