Michał Lisawa is an attorney-at-law and partner co-heading the Employment Team of Baker McKenzie Poland.
He focuses on all aspects of employment and HR law. He has extensive experience in matters related to hiring staff, compensation and benefits, employee restructuring, HR policies, remote / hybrid working and labour disputes. He also specializes in relations with trade unions and HR matters in transactions and reorganizations of companies. Michał graduated from the University of Warsaw and University of Edinburgh as well as the Warsaw School of Economics.
He has advised leading companies from the finance, IT, consultancy, shared services, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors.
From many years he has worked for the biggest international law firms in Poland. He has been constantly recognized as Rising Star and Next Generation Partner by Legal 500 in the Employment category.
