Since January 1st, 2023, Michał has been the CEO of PwC Poland. As he himself says, it's a significant responsibility and, at the same time, a very interesting task in times full of challenges and opportunities. He is also part of an exceptional group of people for whom teamwork is a passion. For him, this passion at PwC has been ongoing since 1996. Before assuming the position of CEO, he was a board member and served as the leader of Clients & Markets, as well as managing the Krakow office. For him, the key is to build and combine team competencies to support clients in creating long-term value and solving their complex problems.
