Position: President

A leading executive with extensive background and knowledge of the Polish energy market. Since May 2021, as President of Westinghouse in Poland, he is in charge of the realization of investments in the field of nuclear technology, including the implementation of AP1000® technology for the first nuclear power plant in Poland.

Mr. Kowalik brings more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector, with expertise in business leadership, strategy, new project acquisitions and business development, gained while working in senior leadership positions, among others, in SNC Lavalin, Alstom and ABB. Most recently, Mr. Kowalik has held the position of President of Enea, one of Poland's largest energy companies.

Mr. Kowalik is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Gdynia Maritime University. He received his MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management in cooperation with the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development and completed post-graduate studies in corporate finance management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
