Paweł Samborski is an advocate specialized in arbitration and international disputes with a particular focus on infrastructure and construction disputes. He has advised on construction disputes arising from projects in Poland, Romania and the Middle East. Paweł is a member of the Board of Directors of the Polish Arbitration Association, a member of the Arbitration Committee of the Court of Arbitration at the Lewiatan Confederation, a member of the King's College Society of Construction Law and a member of the Integrity Management Committee of FIDIC. He is also actively involved in the ICC community, being a member of the ICC Polish National Committee and the ICC CEE group. Paweł is recommended by Chambers Global 2024, Chambers Europe 2024 and the Legal 500 EMEA 2024 international rankings as one of the key lawyers in the "Dispute Resolution" category in Poland.
