Piotr Wyborski is an experienced manager with extensive competencies in restructuring programmes, process optimisation and managing multi-faceted organisations. He managed such diverse business functions as infrastructure maintenance, operations, finance, IT, purchasing, logistics and production. He gained managerial experience in foreign companies, as well as a state-owned and a privately held company. He has been professionally involved in the railway industry for many years.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, he also holds a diploma from ACCA, an international organisation bringing together professionals dealing with finance, accounting and management.
He started his professional career in 2001 at Ernst & Young. Between 2013 and 2016, he was involved with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. in the positions of Board Representative and Board Member — Director for Infrastructure Maintenance. From 2017 to 2021, he worked in managerial positions at Thales, and most recently, on the Board of Kross S.A.
