Born in 1971 in Szczuczyn, graduated from the Faculty of Food Technology and Human Nutrition at the Agricultural and Technical Academy in Olsztyn. In 1995 he began working at the Mlekpol Dairy Cooperative in Grajewo. After his internship, he was employed in production supervision as a shift manager. In January 2004, he was appointed deputy director of the Grajewo plant. From 2021 to 2022, he was its director. Since January 2023, he has served as president of SM Mlekpol.
