The company emerged from a design agency from Wrocław, where the human dimension of architecture and its coexistence with nature and local context have always been paramount. Archicom perceives its role as an urban planner, engineer, and visionary while taking full responsibility for developing entire sections of cities for posterity. It has completed over 220 projects in Wrocław alone, including such multi-stage estates as Olimpia Port or revitalised Browary Wrocławskie. Since 1 August 2023, the company’s impact has expanded over the entire Poland, including Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, and Kraków, where it has been creating friendly places to live a healthy life, relax, and enjoy entertainment. Archicom sees the city as a living tissue which should accommodate modern users. The goal of this aspiring go-to property developer remains constant —to empower residents with a new standard of living.
