Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná and
post-graduated in Contemporary Law from the Brazilian Institute of Legal
Studies (IBEJ/POSITIVO), Wilson Bley Lipski has been a part of the BRDE
Board since 2019, having served as President of the institution from
November 2021 to May 2023, currently holding the position of Financial
Director of the bank. His management is aligned with the purposes of
bringing the bank closer to society through public policies focused on
entrepreneurship (rural, women's, small, micro and medium-sized
enterprises, innovation, and industry) and the potential of municipalities.
